Dashboard Overview

Navigate the Emp-Mix customer dashboard to turn raw events into actionable product insights.

The Workspace UI

When you log into Emp-Mix, you land on your default Workspace. A workspace is a collaborative environment for your team. From the left sidebar, you can access the core analytics modules:

• Analytics: High-level event volume trends and live feed.
• Funnels: Measure conversion rates across a sequence of steps.
• Retention: Analyze how often users return to your app.
• Cohorts: Group users based on shared behaviors or traits.
• Reports: Save your most complex queries to custom dashboards.

Date Ranges & Timezones

Every analytics view defaults to the "Last 7 Days". You can adjust this using the Date Picker in the top-right corner.

Data is aggregated according to your Project's Timezone setting (configurable in Settings > General). If your timezone is set to UTC, a "Today" filter will show data from midnight UTC to the current time.
