What is a Report?

A Report is simply a saved query from the Analytics, Funnels, or Retention modules. Instead of rebuilding a complex funnel every week to report on team KPIs, you can save the funnel as a Report.

Creating a Report

  1. Build your query in any of the core analysis modules (Analytics, Funnels, or Retention).
  2. Once the chart looks exactly how you want it, click the Save button in the top right corner.
  3. Give the report a descriptive title (e.g., "Weekly Activation Funnel (US Users)").
  4. The report is now accessible from the Reports tab in the sidebar.

Dashboards

A Dashboard is a collection of Reports displayed on a single screen. This is ideal for giving executives or external stakeholders a high-level overview of product health without requiring them to run queries manually.

Building a Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab.
  2. Click + New Dashboard.
  3. Name the dashboard (e.g., "Q3 Core KPIs").
  4. Click Add Report and select from your previously saved reports.
  5. You can drag and resize the report tiles to organize the layout.
